Method
Log in:

You can log in as a customer in the upper left-hand corner. Once you have registered with us as a customer, you will not need to enter your details every time you visit us, and all the transaction data between us and your company will always be at your disposal.
Catalogue:
- Via the main menu in the left-hand column or the menu at the top of the page, you can easily view the product overview for the type of engine you have selected, including prices.
- Under the heading ‘related documents’ in the product overview, you will find specific technical information that will be of importance to you for the placement of your order and, if necessary, the installation of the product.
- P.S. General technical information - information that is relevant to every product - can be found via the link ‘technical information’ in the main menu of our site.
Request a quotation / place an order:
- Once you have reached the product overview of the engine type of your choice, you can add the desired products to your shopping cart. (Step 1)
- When all the desired products have been added to your shopping cart, click on the € button, after which an overview will appear of your order. (Step 2)
- If you agree, click on the button ‘send quotation request’ after which we will receive your request. (Step 3)
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes stating the term of delivery. This e-mail message will also include the freight costs and the deposit amount (if applicable). (Step 4) If you are in agreement, please click the ‘order’ button.
- You have now reached the payment part of our webshop. You may now select the desired payment method, after which your order will be rounded off. (Step 5)
Deposit:
- Our engines and cylinder heads are delivered as exchange products. Directly after you have placed your order, we will send you the requested product from our stock. After installation, you are required to return the old, defective part to us. To ensure that these products will be returned to us as soon as possible, we will bill you for a fixed deposit amount at the time of purchase. This amount will be credited to you as soon as we have received the old, defective part.
- A description of the method for returning the old, defective part can be found via the link ‘forms’ on the main menu of our site.
- The necessary forms will be delivered with your product.
- The original (yellow) deposit cheque must always be returned together with the old, defective part. Without this cheque we cannot credit your deposit amount. This cheque will also show the deposit amount that has been deducted if anything part of your returned part is missing or if there are considerable damages to the part you have returned.
